This Privacy Policy explains how Invoice Maker: Invio (the “App”) handles information when you use the App. The App is designed to work without creating an account and stores invoice data locally on your device
The App lets you enter invoice-related information such as your business details, customer details (including name/address/email/phone), and invoice contents (items, prices, taxes, notes), and this information is stored on your device. The App also supports adding a logo and generating PDF invoices.
The App uses third-party SDKs that may collect certain data such as device identifiers (including advertising ID), usage events (screens/taps), and diagnostic logs/crash data. The SDKs you listed include RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google Analytics, Firebase (crash/diagnostics), Smartlook, Facebook SDK, and Google services.
Data is used to provide app functionality (create, store, and export invoices as PDF) and to enable app measurement and reliability (analytics and crash diagnostics). Subscription-related data (userId, receipt/transaction id, and subscription status) is used to validate and manage paid features via App Store purchases and RevenueCat.
Invoice data is shared only when you choose to share/export it using the iOS system share sheet (for example, sending a PDF to someone). The App may share certain device/usage/diagnostic data with third-party service providers (SDK vendors) to provide analytics, session recording, crash reporting, and subscription management.
Because invoice data is stored locally and there is no account or cloud database, removing the App from your device deletes the locally stored invoice data. Data collected by third-party SDKs (for example, analytics/diagnostics/subscription events) may be retained by those providers according to their retention settings and policies.
The App requests access to Photos/Media/Files to let you upload a logo and save/export PDF invoices. The App does not collect data in the background, based on your configuration.
